Step 4: Schedule a Meeting with me after Steps 1-3 to discuss Your case and your Self/Team-Help Plan. Don’t wait to talk to me, whether you plan to fight your charges or seek a plea. In-person meetings are preferred, but Zoom or phone calls are options if needed.
The most productive meeting will be after we receive the State’s evidence against you (this is called “discovery”). However, if anything is urgent, schedule an appointment immediately.
