As I note in my intro letter, and “jump start” page of this website: Don’t wait to talk to me, whether you plan to fight your charges or seek a plea. In-person meetings are preferred, but Zoom or phone calls are also options. The most productive meeting will be after we receive the State’s evidence against you (this is called “discovery”). However, if anything is urgent, schedule an appointment immediately. The easiest way to schedule a meeting is starting on this page and click a link to “book” either a (1) phone or video meeting; or (2) an in-person meeting. But if you are unable to do so, don’t panic, email (grant.doty@mspd.mo.gov) or text (573-705-9455) me your requested dates/times and preferred meeting method. Again, I look forward to working with you in your defense!
