How to Get Your Child Support Payment History

As you know, I do provide my client “discovery” in their non-support case,  usually a spreadsheet captioned “Payment Detailed History Report” showing how much my clients owe, principal paid, arrears (debt), interest owed, etc, like this document (image).

However, some clients often want to make sure that their garnishments or payments are getting documented. They can do this as well as get “payment” and “disbursement” information for the last 24 months at the Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS), Family Support Division (FSD)’s  Missouri Automated Child Support System, and the webpage will look like this >

All you need is is to click the link https://apps.dss.mo.gov/ChildSupportPaymentInformation/Default.aspx

And then enter the following information:

  1. Family Support Division (FSD) “Case ID”
    NOTE: Not your Criminal Case Number (e.g., 23SG-CR123456);
  2. The last 4 of your own SSN; and
  3. Your date of birth – format MMDDYYYY
    For example, March 17, 1964 >>> 03171964)

*If you don’t know your “Case ID,” I can provide this to you.

When you enter the info your will see an icon (or more than one icon with a Criminal Case Number). Click it and you will get something like the following (with payments by the noncustodial parent (or “NCP”); and disbursements (withdrawals) by the custodial parent (or “CP” )>
