DIP as a Probation Requirement
Sometimes a person’s probation might require doing a Missouri Driver Improvement Program (DIP) course. Given the correct “horror story” of the costs of another driving course (SATOP — click here for SATOP info) which can cost from $575 to more than $1900 (and take 10 to more than 75 hours to complete), some assume DIP is similarly costly. It isn’t. Nor it is burdensome — it can be done online and one sitting. This post provides information to get DIP done and get it done quickly.
As I note in another post, there can be a benefit to do doing DIP to prevent points being put on your license. Read that post here.
