We just learned that “those currently confined within a Missouri Department of Corrections Facility… now have the ability to submit an online application for [Missouri State Public Defender] services…”

I presume these applications will be available on the same “tablets” that attorneys can now communicate and provide attorney client documents to DOC inmates.
